Investor Relations.
We are building dcyphr.® as an AI-first company – and we are not building it alone. For the company we are preparing an investment round. For individual products we are open to spin-offs. And for everything in between: let’s talk.
Why now
Three reasons why this is the right moment for dcyphr.® – and why we do not want to use it on our own.
The market is there, the implementation is not
Almost every mid-sized company now has an AI strategy. Hardly any has a running use case. That gap is exactly where we work – with pilots in weeks rather than quarters.
We have already built the stage
With AICon we run the largest AI conference in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. That is not a marketing channel but an access point: to research, to industry, to decision makers with budget.
Consulting has turned into products
B2B Radar, Leadcontroller, Content Builder, FELIX, Zynq, Games Hub, bb1: what started as an internal tool is a portfolio today – and every piece of it can be financed on its own.
Two ways to build with us
Both ways stand side by side. Anyone who wants to invest in the group can do so. Anyone who believes in a single product does not have to buy the whole company.
Investment round for dcyphr.® GmbH
We are preparing a round for dcyphr.® GmbH as a whole: consulting, AICon, dcyphr.® Labs and the products under one roof.
- Use of funds: team, product development and scaling the AICon formats
- A fit for strategic investors, business angels and family offices close to AI, industry or events
- Smart money preferred: access, customers and experience count more to us than capital alone
Investing in individual products
Every product can be looked at in isolation. Where a project deserves a company of its own, we spin it out – with its own cap table, its own team and dcyphr.® as a shareholder and operational backbone.
- The candidates are listed openly on the projects page: B2B Radar, Leadcontroller, Games Hub, bb1 and more
- Models: spin-off, joint venture, co-development or licence – whatever serves the product
- NeuralFlow / LIKUA shows that this works: co-founded, not just advised
What we bring to the table
No projections, just what already exists. Financials, pipeline and valuation are discussed in the data room, not on a public page.
We welcome every kind of collaboration.
That is not a polite phrase. We are convinced that nobody wins alone in AI. The models, the compute, the data, the market access, the trust of customers – all of it sits with different people. Success only happens when you bring them together.
So we build bridges instead of walls: we share what we learn, we bring partners in early, and we exhibit our prototypes before they are finished. If you have an idea for how we could work together – even if it fits none of the boxes below: write to us.
How a conversation runs
No fundraising theatre. Three steps in which both sides quickly know whether it fits.
Intro call, 15 minutes
Free and non-binding: who you are, what interests you, what we are building. After that both sides know whether a second conversation makes sense.
Deep dive & documents
After an NDA we open the data room: numbers, roadmap, team, product status and the structure of the planned round – for the group or for a single product, depending on your interest.
Structure & term sheet
Together we work out which form fits: a stake in the GmbH, a spin-off, a joint venture or something we had not thought of yet.
Frequently asked investor questions
What we get asked most often – answered honestly.
Is dcyphr.® currently looking for investors?
Yes. We are preparing an investment round for dcyphr.® GmbH and are continuously talking to strategic investors, business angels and family offices. The first step is always a 15-minute call – free and non-binding.
Can you invest in individual products instead of the GmbH?
Yes. Every product can be looked at in isolation, and where a project deserves a company of its own we spin it out – as a spin-off, joint venture, co-development or licence, with dcyphr.® as a shareholder and operational backbone. The candidates are listed openly on the projects page: B2B Radar, Social CRM Leadcontroller, Games Hub and bb1, among others.
What stage is dcyphr.® at?
dcyphr.® was founded in Heidelberg in 2024, is operating and funds itself from consulting, software development and the AICon events. The investment round is for further building team, products and event formats.
What ticket sizes and terms are possible?
We do not commit to that publicly. Structure, valuation and ticket sizes are discussed in a personal conversation and after a confidentiality agreement – depending on whether it concerns dcyphr.® GmbH or a single spin-off.
Are you only looking for capital?
No. We prefer smart money: people who bring access to industries, customers or technology. We are just as open to joint ventures, co-development, pilot customers, research cooperations and partnerships with no equity at all.
What is the joint venture with ENSO?
Games Hub is a recruiting and onboarding game for skilled workers that dcyphr.® is building together with ENSO. It is an example of how we understand collaboration: a shared product, shared risk, shared success.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within two working days. The fastest route is the booking link for a 15-minute call or an e-mail to hello@dcyphr.io.
Let’s talk about the together part.
Fifteen minutes are enough for a first impression. After that we both know more – and if it does not fit, we will say so just as clearly.
